Benjamin Korngut’s practice is focused on providing comprehensive legal services to bars and restaurants as well as commercial real-estate transactions in the greater New York City area. He has extensive experience representing bars, restaurants, landlords and tenants in a wide variety of transactional matters and before various governmental agencies. He is committed to building and maintaining long-term relationships with his clients.
Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Korngut served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Goldman Sachs & Co. Before that, Mr. Korngut was an associate for over five years in the financial services department of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, one of the world’s top law firms.
Mr. Korngut received his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a concentration in finance. He is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
